Principles of Lean Manufacturing is a one-day workshop designed to empower participants with an understanding of Lean concepts through a series of interactive presentations and team- based simulation activities by our facilitators.

Each participant receives a “Lean Yellow Belt” certification for 8 hours of Lean training.
