Jotul is seeking an inside Account Manager to maximize sales of our elegant cast iron stoves and fireplaces. This full-time position will work with dealers and distributors, Territory Sales Managers, and the National Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

·         Communicate with dealers/distributors daily regarding product availability, programs, and pricing.

·         Communicate with shipping, planning, purchasing, and finance to ensure the best buying experience for our customers.

·         Review and enter orders

·         Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts

·         Learn and maintain a high level of knowledge on the Jotul Group product lines; and field and resolve customer calls, account and shipping issues.

Qualifications

·         Previous account management experience

·         Previous hearth industry experience preferred

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office, and previous experience with an Inventory & Sales Software a must. Excellent keyboard skills.

The ideal candidate will be tactful, patient, friendly, and able to work under pressure. Attention to detail, accountability, and adaptability a must.

Associate Degree and Specialty shop retail experience preferred
