2025 Maritime Industry Day

October 1, 2025 – 8:00AM-4:00PM – 569 SUBMARINE WAY, PORTSMOUTH, NH

DIVE INTO YOUR FUTURE

Join us for a day of excitement at the kick-off for October’s Manufacturer’s Month at the USS Albacore, one of the nation’s most influential submarines. This Maine and New Hampshire-led event goes beyond a USS Albacore tour—it’s a deep dive into how STEM underpins our core trades. Engage with industry experts, explore career opportunities, and see how manufacturers support the Submarine and Maritime Industrial Base. Each role lets you serve your country without a uniform. We need YOU to join our community. The future is waiting—are you ready to dive in?

CONNECT WITH COOL CAREERS

Meet the industry pros—engineers, welders, machinists, electricians, and tech innovators—who are pushing the limits of what’s possible underwater. Discover the exciting roles you never knew existed and how YOU can be part of this incredible mission.

GET HANDS-ON WITH TRAINING

Learn about our boot campstyle training programs, designed to give you the skills you need to join the submarine-building mission. Fast track your career with upcoming apprenticeships and partnerships.

SECURE YOUR FUTURE

Our mission to build the submarines of tomorrow means there’s an urgent need for skilled professionals today. Explore the growing demand for shipyard jobs and see how you can contribute to building the future of national security.

Last year’s Maritime Industry Day welcomed over 400 students from across the region, connecting them with hands-on maritime experiences, industry leaders, and career pathways. This year, with fewer logistical barriers, we anticipate close to 1,000 students—doubling our reach and expanding opportunities to inspire future engineer, welders, advanced manufacturers, and tech innovators. Your support drives awareness, sparks STEM education, and enables hands-on exploration and workforce readiness—all while positioning your brand alongside national security and cutting-edge maritime innovation. Sponsorship opportunities are listed at the bottom of the page.
