John Lewis
Executive Director
John Lewis brings nearly two decades of experience in workforce development, most recently serving as chair of MAME’s workforce development committee, Employer Growth Services (EGS), and asco-founder and managing partner of Synergy Workforce Solutions, where he has developed innovative strategies to improve recruitment and retention, built sustainable talent pipelines, and worked to align education and training programs with employer needs.
On the national stage, Lewis served as senior director of workforce development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where he led a team focused on connecting youth to meaningful career opportunities through innovative programming and strategic partnerships with employers nationwide.
Michael McCann
Information and Marketing Administrator
Mike is the Information and Marketing Administrator at the Manufacturers Association of Maine. He is a Maine native from Wiscasset and currently resides nearby in Brunswick. Mike graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing.
Mike has experience in marketing, video production, and electrical design. He is a skilled communicator with a passion for helping manufacturing businesses grow.
