The Manufacturers Association of Maine (MAME), in collaboration with the Maine Composites Alliance, is hosting an open house at the Composites Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL), located at the University of Southern Maine’s Portland Campus. The event is planned for March 26th between 8 and 10am and is designed to provide both potential and existing clients with CERL’s growing capabilities, mission and capacity to support the advanced materials needs of the manufacturing ecosystem. The lab regularly provides Quality Control Testing, Methods Development and Unknown Sample Testing, and Product Development and attendant Process Optimization support, for companies both within the state of Maine and beyond.
