Manufacturing Engineer develops manufacturing processes from product requirements. Determines & designs fixtures, tools, process, and testing requirements. Evaluates current processes to recommend quality and efficiency improvements.  Provides product process reports for collecting and analyzing data. Coordinates Preventative Maintenance Program. Designs training and proficiency programs. 

Qualifications and Skills should include: Bachelor of Science Degree, Experience with CAD/CAM Software, strong mechanical skills, machining processes knowledge,  analytical skills, excellent problem solving skills, self-motivated, ability to lead others, work independently, good written and verbal communication skills, Team player.
