Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office.
Answer phones and greet visitors.
Collate and distribute mail.
Create and maintain digital filing systems.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.

Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Would also be responsible for confirming and expediting vendor purchase orders, updating the system with vendor delays, and notifying customers as needed.

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
