The Details: 

·         Benefits: employee health insurance, vacation, and sick time, 9 holidays, relocation assistance, holiday bonus, and 401k retirement plan with 4% match and profit sharing

·         Sign on Bonuses: $250.00 for first shift and $500 for second shift, after working 90 days!

·         Shifts: 1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:40a – 4:00p and Friday, 6:30a – 12:00p

2nd shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00p – 2:30a

Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday – work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours

 

Responsibilities:

·         Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

·         Operate one or several machines while making the required periodic inspections of the product.

·         Read blueprints, determine machining to be done, dimensions of parts and tolerances, and plan sequence of operations.

·         Set up tools, work holdings and prep jobs for machining centers

·         Select cutting speeds, feed rates, depth of cuts and cutting tools to be used based on experience and knowledge of metal properties and shop mathematics.

·         Get exposure to the best CNC machines and software in the industry

Qualifications:

·         Have A++ work ethic and are an incredible team player (“not my job” is not part of your vocabulary)

·         Hunger to learn and grow

·         Passion about Manufacturing, and our mission

·         Courage to defend your ideas, but willing to change your mind based on evidence

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills.

·         Previous experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!
