The Supporting Strategies – Merrimack Valley and Southern Maine franchise locations are looking to add a virtual administrative assistant to our team to help support this growth.
In this role you will report to the Managing Director and support him and his staff of accountants. The role will likely evolve to providing direct administrative support to clients as well.
Supporting Strategies provides outsourced accounting services to our clients who often have needs beyond the traditional accounting functions; typical functions their office managers may have done in the past. Now that many of our clients are also virtual, they often don’t have a need for a full-time office manager.
Our core business is providing great accountants with remote, work from home opportunities where they can still make a tremendous impact on our small to medium-sized clients. This has been at the core of our DNA since we opened our virtual doors in 2004. We feel this virtual administrative role complements our efforts to delight our customers and will allow us to be more efficient in our own operations as well.
