Our employee growth services are provided by a team of data analysts, marketing specialists, and workforce practitioners that is highly skilled and excited to assist with your workforce recruitment and retention challenges. The EGS team at the Manufacturers Association includes:
- Members from industry, and practitioners in workforce development (linked at the bottom of this page)
- Community service organizations (Learning Works, AdultEd)
- State agencies (Department of Labor, Department of Education, DECD)
- Non-profits whose mission’s align with MAME’s (Boots2Roots, Junior Achievement, JMG)
