We are expanding our offerings and are in search of an experienced Conveyor Systems Specialist to spearhead our new conveyor division. This role has the potential to evolve into a General Manager position based on the candidate’s proven abilities and performance.

Position Overview: We are searching for an expert in everything conveyor systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of conveyor technology and extensive experience in the field. Initially, you will be focused on leading the development, management, and growth of our conveyor business. With proven abilities and successful leadership, this role offers the potential to advance into the General Manager position for the Conveyor Systems division.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and management of Coastal Equipment Corporation’s conveyor systems offerings, leveraging your comprehensive expertise in conveyor systems.
Oversee the building, supplying, and maintaining of various conveyor types, ensuring high-quality solutions across our account footprint in New England.
Interface with multiple vendors to provide turnkey conveyor solutions, including belting, parts, maintenance, and preventive maintenance services.
Collaborate with clients to develop unique applications and solutions, including the design and fabrication of custom conveyors.
Drive the growth of the conveyor division by leveraging existing client relationships, manufacturer partnerships, and fabrication resources.
Contribute to the P&L management of the division, with a focus on increasing profitability and market share.
Build and lead a team of professionals, with the opportunity to grow into the General Manager role as the division expands.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in conveyor systems, with a comprehensive understanding of different conveyor types and their applications.
Proven track record in leading conveyor-related projects and managing vendor relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Leadership abilities and a demonstrated desire to grow into a General Manager role.
